All our styles are stocked in a full and inclusive size range. We are constantly working to have a wider size range.
On each product page of our e-shop, you will find a size chart. Click on that link to reveal a size guide and determine your recommended size. If you need further advice, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service at orders@olskins.com or by a DM on Instagram.
All Skinwear guarantees that all products we manufacture and sell on our website are free from defects of workmanship. If one of our products is not in perfect conditions, please contact our support team following these simple steps:
1) Send an email to orders@olskins.com using the same email account you used when placing your order.
2) Add this subject line ‘DAMAGED ALL + Your Name’.
3) Specify color and size of the damaged item/s.
4) Explain what's wrong.
5) Attach pictures of the flaws.
Please note the following exceptions:
• We won't accept a return if the item has been worn, washed or damaged by the client.
• Only items purchased in Olskins’s website will be subject to return.
We will get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions.
Once an order is placed, please allow 1 to 2 business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.
Note that shipments to the UK might experience a little delay due to Customs.
If you have not received your order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us at orders@olskins.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 2 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. Once your return has been accepted, please allow us up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
Yes, we do offer exchanges. We recommend requesting an exchange form for the item you'd like to exchange at orders@olskins.com and we will send you a shipping label free of charge for your exchange. We will also send you the new order free of charge.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards, Diner's Club, JCB and Union Pay.
You can also choose to pay with PayPal or Apple Pay.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. After 3 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear. If your item is faulty upon receipt, you may return it for a refund by contacting with us at orders@olskins.com
At Olskins, we aim to have a hundred percent collection utterly and ethically made in Spain. Design, production and raw materials are located and made in Spain, supporting this way our local textile industry. Working with local suppliers enable us to work efficiently and faster while reducing our carbon footprint. It also allow us to produce smaller collections to help not produce more than the market can absorb.
We are committed to high ethical standards and legal compliance in all aspects of our business and product supply chain. We only work with suppliers and vendors who we believe in and share our commitment to sustainability, accountability and transparency.
Currently, we offer shipments to Europe, north, south and central America. We are working on shipping world wide soon.
The shipping costs will appear at the checkout, since they vary depending on the location. Enjoy free shipping in all orders over 120€.
Shipments within Spain take 2-3 working days, shipments to Europe and US take 5-10 working days. You have up to 14 days to return any unused and unwashed product excluding socks and skinwear bottoms unsealed.
All orders shipped outside of the EU may have extra custom taxes depending on destination country. Please note that custom taxes must be paid by the customer.
